Wastewater sequencing and scientific leadership from the University of Missouri School of Medicine.

Academic partner

Dr. Marc Johnson's laboratory at the University of Missouri School of Medicine provides scientific leadership for Lungfish. Missouri is one of the two states where the collaborative's air sampling in healthcare facilities and its deep sequencing of wastewater began, and the methods developed there underpin the programme's expansion to other cities.

The four research programs that run across the collaborative are described on the University of Wisconsin–Madison page.
