Inkfish
Inkfish supports the collaborative’s research programmes and builds and operates the software behind them: the mobile application that site operators use to log samples, the data platform that partner sites use to view their results, and the open data portal that publishes what can be shared.
Where the university laboratories lead the science, Inkfish’s role is to make that science repeatable at scale — turning field collection, laboratory results and sequencing output into data that partners can act on.
